It is about 7/8" long and is used to hold the glass on a bookcase. There are six for each glass.

Does anyone know whey I can find this item?

Thanks for your patience during this very busy season. I'm afraid I don't believe we have an exact match for this part. Our closest items are our 32-305 or 32-312. The 32-313 and 32-303 shelf brackets are also worth looking at. Look these parts over, and let me know if you think one of these could work for you.
