Boots broke, plastic with metal center

These are vinyl double hung windows that open in to clean. They are installed in a Park Model. The mechanism in the track came loose from the spring and the cords are messed up. Can I replace the entire mechanism and boot? I am handy, but do not have the strength to attach the spring. Would like to try to replace one windows mechanism and make sure I can accomplish it, then will do others or call someone to come out. Any help is appreciated.

This is a pic of the shoe. It had a metal piece in middle for seating. Have found that piece. Now need to identify the side spring weighted pieces 29" long that go to this piece for replacement.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We can help with this, but it must be a custom order due to the configuration. Can you confirm if your balance uses a hook or screw to install at the top of the window track? Can you also tell me the number of balances you're looking to replace?

Please note that the metal channel should be 28" long, so we recommend you confirm that to be safe.

Yes, the channel for the mechanism is 28" long. Cord is secured by a small screw. The channel width is 1/2" wide. I'd like to order 2 for one window, first. When replace others will need 6 more. Total of 8, but want to make sure they fit and work first on one window. Pics attached.

Also, the spring broke thru the plastic mechanism with the cords on it, that it hooked thru. If custom, could you tell me how much they would be a piece and how long it would take to receive them?
