Both coil springs on my Simonton window snapped

Question

Both coil springs on my Simonton window snapped. I can't find a number of the coil and assembly, but I've added some photos, including the model of the window. Do you have these replacements?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we are not able to identify your coil balance while it is still installed. If you could remove the pivot shoe and coil springs from the window to show us, that would help us narrow down your options. There should also be numbers stamped on the coil springs that would correspond to one of our strength options. See the videos related on this page to assist you.
