Hello
Both sides of bow window broken. Cranks stripped, spins and mechanism won't work. Only way to open is to unlock and pull from outside. Need complete assemblies for right and left side.
Thanks
Tom

Thanks, Tom.
I will measure and make sure they will work. What is the part number for crank?
Thanks again

Hi
I got one wind fixed but the other one is missing the l bracket that screws to the window. This is the part with the stud that the metal flat latch goes over. Do you have this part? I took pictures of the other one on the fixed window. Thanks again for the help. You guys are the best!!

Sure! This bracket appears to be similar in design to our 39-509. We also sell the 39-510 for the opposite side. The only concern I have is that ours may not be as deep as yours. Note that they're 11/16" deep.
Another option is our 39-546 (39-545 for the other side). These are much deeper at 1-3/8", so if the 39-509 falls short then these may be another option. Just note that the hole pattern is different so drilling new holes for your screws may be necessary.
