Both handles broke, need to replace crank unit

As pictured above, I have a window with two broken handles. The serial #
on the right crank housing is 0P05-7553-02. The housing looks like a riveted
unit, so you can't replace just the handle. The attached arm has a # 0P052020 stamped on it. Any help getting replacement parts is appreciated.
