Bottom Plate

Hi, wondering if you have a bottom plate part to replace on a sliding door. The rail is rusted.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what bottom plate you're referring to. Can you upload a photo of the part in question? I can't promise we'll be able to assist but that should help us confirm.

Hi, we actually figured out it was not the plate but the wheels which are rusted and need to be replaced. Please see pictures attached and let me know if you provide those parts. If you carry them I need to replace two sets of three-panel sliding doors. Each panel has two sets like the ones in the pictures. So we will need two sets per panel x 6 panels total. In addition if you have an installation video to share it will be really helpful.

Thank you

Thank you for the clarification! I'm afraid we aren't able to identify your rollers when they're installed. Seeing a complete roller assembly removed from the door, including the written-out dimensions, is the only way for us to narrow down your options.

In the meantime, we've related a few videos on this page we hope you find helpful.
