Bottom Sash Broken

Question

Hi,
The bottom sash itself is broken on my standard 32x52 double hung vinyl window. I cannot find any labels or identification marks as to the what window make or model is. I have no idea how to remove the sash from the metal spiral mechanisms on the sides and I don't want to cause additional damage to other components. The windows seems to be on the newer side, but I have no idea how old they are.

I don't see any visible damage to your sash but take a look at the video below to walk you through how to remove the sash and hardware if needed. Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement sashes. If the glass is broken, you could try a local glass shop. Thanks for posting and let us know if you need anything else.
