Bottom Sliding Door Guide

A handy person from Schiller Park, IL. says:
I don't know the mfg. name of the sliding door, but the bottom and top guide numbers are the same, OS 20121. I had read some of the discussions and your suggestion to someone who was looking for the same number. Your Product Code is exactly what I need to replace a broken bottom door guide. Now all I need to know is how to remove the old one and how to insert the new one. Are there some sort of instructions for that?

You would first remove the door from the track and lay it down on a flat surface. You can then use needle nose pliers to work out the side hooks from the door frame. There's no real trick to it, you just have to firmly wiggle it out.
