Bottom connector to the guide in the floor. The top of the long rod has a slot to adjust the height of the door with a straight screw driver. No manufacturer's name o Rd number is available. The door is about 26 years old.

From looking at your photo, this appears to be an old Simonton bifold door. I believe the parts you need are the 21-001 bottom threaded adjustment pin, and the 21-200 pivot bracket. Look both parts over and see what you think.
