Bottom door sweep

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't tell how the old sweep is removed from this photo. It's usually held in by screws but there doesn't appear to be any in your photo. Would it be possible for us to see more photos?

I can't make any promises but the best place to start is to open the door and take a clear shot of the sweep's end profile.
