Bottom lock won't unlock anymore

The second picture showing latch - bottom lock doesn't move anymore only top one does. I need replacement with new key..

Hello! It sounds like you may just need a new mortise lock. See our 82-238, I am confident that this will replace your old one.

If you did want to opt for a new handle set, as well, then see our 82-081. I'm equally confident that this will work for your door.

If I purchase the handle set, does it come with the mortise lock, new set of keys and all I need?

The 82-081 comes with a set of keys, but the 82-238 mortise lock you will have to buy separately. Sorry for any inconvenience.
