Width of encasement measures 1-3/4"
Cannot find any brand or part number. I have two sets of mirrored bypass doors that I have painted the metal trim white. Need to replace rollers and track.

Hmm..it seems your roller is actually a part of a full housing assembly. Therefore, we can't really give an accurate suggestion on a replacement. We want to start you off by reviewing a list we placed on this page of different mirror door rollers. Look through each one and see if any of these are a potential match. if not, get back to us with a couple of more photos showing the entire roller, including the housing, and we will continue to search for a match.
