Bottom of Alcoa window

The bottom seals are all cracked from drying out, also the side felt strips are cracked and side up and down with the window when you move up and down I'm going to get the 3/16x3/16 felt but not sure if the bottom pieces are available,any help?

We need to see a better angle, I believe. Can you remove a piece of this glazing and send us a photo showing a side view of the end profile?
