Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for your drawer rails with a L shape at the back of the drawer. The best we can supply is seeing if you can adapt the 32-062 style that attaches to the back of the cabinet with a bracket like the 32-139 pair.
Please review the overall specifications to see if you think these could work for you. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
I'm really not sure, I don't see why that would matter unless you want all your drawers to function identically. In that case you'd have to apply this conversion to every drawer in the house, but that's up to you.
I'm glad that our track size is a match. As long as you replace the back socket in addition to the track then I'm confident it will work well in your application.
