Looks like you need a new hinge. These are pivot arm assemblies that install underneath and on top of the sash and are what physically connects it to the frame.

We sell a variety of casement window hinges, which you can see here. I'm happy to make a recommendation but I will first need to know the length of the base track for the original. Can you give me that measurement?

The arm you're measuring here is the link arm for the operator, which is a separate part compared to the hinge you inquired about in your first post. They are installed close together in the window but they are different parts that serve different functions. I'm afraid knowing the size of the operator link arm doesn't tell me anything about the hinge.

I'm still happy to help, but you need to measure the base track of the hinge itself. This is what screws down directly to the sill.

Thanks! With a base track length of 10", I believe our 36-048 would be your best bet. This won't be identical to your original hinge in every respect, but as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time then it should work perfectly well for your application.
