Hello! Sounds like you need a new pivot bar and lock. We can help with both, but I'll need more information.
Concerning the pivot bar, I need you to remove an undamaged version and show me a clear photo of it by itself and without obstruction.
For the lock, I need you to measure the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center, and write out what you get for me to review.
With that data I will be in a better position to make recommendations in each case.

Tom is out of the office today but I'll do my best to assist you. It seems like there may have been some confusion. When Tom mentioned that he needed to see an unobstructed view of the pivot bar, he meant that we would need to see it fully removed from the sash frame since most of the pivot bar is concealed when it's installed.
Unforutnately, we do not carry any sash locks like yours with 2-3/8" hole spacing, which is not a size we normally come across for this type of lock. I believe our closest option would be something like the 90-180 but the installation holes measure 2-1/4" on center as shown below. I'd recommend double-checking to ensure that you're meaning your lock the same way. Thank you.
