The best replacement option we have for this repair would be the 32-053 Drawer Track Kit. We do not have an exact match for the drawer guide you have but I do believe this may work as a suitable replacement.

You may also need the 75-023A 12" Adjustable Hacksaw so that you can cut it to size. The length of this track is 22-3/4".
