Sorry, I should have mentioned: our replacement does indeed not have the 'adjustment post' that yours has, but it should still work. That post is there to make it easier to reach the adjustment screw while the roller is installed to the door. You have two choices. You could either remove the post from the old roller and reuse it if possible; or, install the 81-156SS as is, but you'll need a long screwdriver to perform any adjustments.
