Thank you for your patience in this matter, John. Unfortunately, after extensive research, we have been unable to find a replacement for this latch. The only thing we can recommend is that you try to install a surface-mount tilt latch. This will require you to drill new holes, but it could mount directly to the top sash cap. I recommend something like our 26-193 and 26-194. Do you think you could get these to work?
