Bottom sash clip

I have a customer that needed a window balance replaced , but the are missing this clip that the balance locks into on the bottom of the sash. see attached pics.
Any help?

Unfortunately, this spiral balance mounting bracket has been discontinued but the 17-012 is recommended as a possible replacement. Review the specifications below to see if you might be able to adapt this part to work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
