I'm afraid this part is too obscured to make out. Can you remove it from the window and show us some photos? I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but that may help us confirm. 

We weren't able to match this sash guide, unfortunately. We do have the 55-035 gray sash runner that window manufacturers used along the edge of the sash to act as a guide but we can't promise it will work for your application. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
