It's difficult to identify your weatherstripping in your photos. Both the profile and measurement of the installation "T" are very unclear. That said, I think you have either our 58-171 or 58-182. Carefully review the dimensions we show for each to determine the better match.

Concerning the felt, I can't make it out at all. I would recommend looking at our complete selection here. There's a good chance that one of ours match, but you will have to compare dimensions again to be sure.
