Bottom sill plate

Hi, I am looking for a replacement part for this missing bottom sill plate/weep hole hardware. It seems to be missing on 2 of 4 sliding glass doors from Milgard. Rain water gets into the inside tracts because these are missing. The circled picture is what's missing. Any help would be appreciated.
