Bottom track for casement window

Quick Learner from western NC
Hey. I need to bottom track that the window crank slides in. This was bent when we received it. We could not figure out why the window was not moving on the bottom

Hello there. I believe you're talking about the track attached to the window sash that the arm of a window operator slides along during use. We may be able to help, but there's quite a few different variations, so I'd like to see a picture of your window operator in its entirety, including the link arm(s). That, along with a picture of the track itself, will narrow down what you might need.

The track was apparently damaged when it was installed at the factory. It has 2 bends in it on the bottom that bind up the mechanism. I will try and take pictures of it this week. I am working with the client who ordered the window.

Sounds good. I'll be here when you need me. I just wanted to stress that seeing both the track and the operator that works with it would be a huge help. Anything that would give us context as to how the window is meant to work.
