Bottom track for window single arm operator, handles, black corner vinyl window shoe

We received the replacement for these American Craftsmen casement windows (single arm operator) as a substitute for the original operator equipment. The bottom window track will allow us to install these single-arm Swisco replacement operators. The American Craftsmen vinyl casement windows have a lifetime warranty against failed window hardware. For reference, our original American Craftsmen order #189-466 was assigned to window #13348674.1.

We are seeking the following parts:

4 - 17" bottom tracks
1 - black vinyl corner shoe
4 - handles
1 - left window operator
1 - right window operator

Hello! Based on the description of the parts you need, and your photos, it sounds like you just need new hinges, operators, and operator handles. This is fairly routine and I do believe we have the parts you need.

For the hinge, see our 36-004-18. This contains both the bottom track and the black corner shoe, neither of which are sold separately; these are only available as a complete unit. Ours also has a base track of 18", not 17", but that should be fine. Just make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time.

For the operators, see our 39-399 and 39-400. These look like they might match what you have, but you need to check the arm size to ensure that it's the same length at 13-1/2". Also be sure to check the end of the arm to confirm the design of the end bearing. Both operators are compatible with the 39-232 handle.
