Bottom weatherstrip

I purchased 58-183 but the strip I need to replace has different sized edges on the t-rail, I hope you can see in the close up photo. The width of the "T" is the same, but the post of the T is off to one side. I'm not too concerned with the weird shape of the foam, just need it to fit the rail. The 58-183 pops right out.
