Your weatherstripping looks like it could be a match for either our 58-171 or 58-182. The only difference between them is the size of the "T" insert that slides into the window channel, but that is unfortunately not a dimension I can determine based on just a photo of a ruler. You will have to measure it as carefully as you can and pick the better match. If you have anything more precise than ruler, now is the time to use it.
