The T portion is 3/16" wide and the total height is 3/8" tall.

Thanks for posting! We don't have an exact match for the window gasket you have but I do believe our 40-208 Larson Double Sweep could work for you. Take a look at the dimensions below to see if this could be a fit for your repairs.
It comes cut in a 37-1/2" pre-cut length.
