Bottom window rubber seal

I'm not sure the manufacture of window. Installed in home 2005. Possible MW windows. Photo shows a T channel.

Hello there. See our 58-055 Bubble Seal. This seems to have a similar shape, but review the cross-section dimensions below, compare with your old seal and let me know if you think this might work for you.
