Bottom window seal

It's tough to tell what you have from this photo. I can't quite make out how your seal installs to the window, either with a kerf, flat strip, or something else.

Would it be possible to see a clearer picture of the end profile? Can you also confirm that the sample you show us is whole and undamaged? Any pieces that have torn off or crumbled away would account for why I can't make out the method of installation.
