Our track is starting to roll and our doors are skipping track. Don't know any model or anything. its measure is 137"

Is this for a closet door? If so, the reason why you're having issues is either because the track is in poor condition or the rollers are. Closely examine the track and rollers and see if you notice any wear or damage. If you want, take a few closer pictures of the track and rollers and upload them here for us to see.

This track also looks somewhat like our 23-242. Check it out and see if you agree.
