Reached out to store - where furniture was bought, recommended this site; furniture made by Bassett, +/- 10 Years Old - Plastic drawer sliders broke - repeatedly, trying to find out if they are still available (or something better), and how much 15 of them would be.

I also need the availability of the rail - plastic guide piece, and the cost as well.

This looks like the Kenlin Rite Trak II. I'm afraid Kenlin, unfortunately, won't allow us to supply this but take a look at our 32-053 drawer track kit as a substitute. You should be able to use this track kit to replace your entire old track. We have a video that shows how to do this. Take a look and see what you think.
