Bought springs over a year ago lost pieces

Question

I am looking for an identical piece I am holding. It is approximately 2.1 cm by 3.1 cm. The large center hole is approx 2 cm. I also need the piece in the sash to hold the axle. Please help. THanks again.

I bought the springs from you over a year ago and am finally getting around to repairing and now I cant find the pieces.

Thanks for posting! Please start by looking at our 15-192 pivot shoe. This actually may be all you need, but if you need the other parts as well then see our 15-156 cover and either our Series 170 or Series 171 coil springs.
