Bow window - side casement window lever

A home owner from Wilmington, Delaware says:

I called where we purchased the window probably about 30 years ago and they thought it could be model 8300 style 140 but no guarantee that is correct, just a starting place maybe. The window does not have any tags or markings that are visible that I could see.
