Bracket?

We are looking for the small white plastic part in the second pic. It attaches to the window frame, i think as a latch. I thought the pic of the handle might help?

Hello! This part is called a tie bar guide. Yours in particular isn't made anymore, but you can still use the 39-417 to replace it. They change the design of these things all the time but they almost all work to replace one another. 

Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
