Bracket for a Dyad Window Crank

I purchased the following items:

(1) 39-089 : Window Dyad Crank, 5"

(1) 39-114L : Crank Handle, 11/32"

I would like to order a bracket to help stabilize the window crank and the fasteners that go with it.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the bracket shown in your photo. If you could show us a photo of it installed, we'd be happy to confirm if we can supply a replacement part that would serve the same function. Thank you!
