Looks like you need a new hinge. What you're showing here is only part of a complete hinge assembly, though; there should be a track that's still screwed to the sill (and into the header, for the hinge at the top). Can you tell me what the length of that track is? That's a major factor in determining the proper replacement.

The bracket that is attached to the sill is 9 and 1/2 inches in length.

Thanks! We don't sell a hinge assembly with a 9-1/2" long base track, but our 36-048 is close enough at 10". I don't think you'll miss that last 1/2". Just make sure to replace the top and bottom assemblies at the same time; you never want to mix old and new hinges. The video below will go into more detail.
