We unfortunately do not carry that single arm adjuster you show in your photos. We do carry four bar arm hinges, like the 36-023HD for example. You can see our full selection here. I don't know for sur eif these will work well on your window but if you're handy then you may be able to retrofit them to function adequately. Look them over and see what you think.
