Thanks for posting. Without seeing the arm that comes out of the back of this operator box and pushes and pulls the window sash, I can't be certain what you have. However I suspect you might need the 39-044 and 39-045 Straight Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions listed below, including the 9" straight arm, match what you have. Let me know what you find.
