Do you know the brand/type of window shown in the picture? I'm looking to get my window unstuck and trying to find out all I can about what I have and how it works. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't know the brand of your window. Is there a metallic AAMA sticker anywhere on the inside of the frame? Those usually have a manufacturer code printed on them. If you can show it to me, I can see if I can track a name down for you though I can't make any promises.
As for the window being stuck, I'm not sure what the culprit may be. I recommend you start by inspecting the balances on either side of the window for any damage.
