Not sure of the brand of window, previous owners choice. Take a look at the attached photos. There Is a bottom sash moveable, approx. 11' x 45", window. The sliding mechanism has come loose. It appears to be spring loaded with a sash cord attached to the sash rail along each side. Both sash cords have come loose and the aluminum mechanism is either broken or not in the right place.
I would like to pop the window out but not sure where to start. I need the brand and what the parts are called. Trying an internet search soon. This will enable me to order some parts or reconnect the sash cord. I have attached a photo that show a second window, same size and shape, that is working correctly.
