A replacement spindle would nice too but not necessary.

Hello there. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this door knob. Our 43-004 Passage Knob Lockset has a similar design, but it would take some adaptation to get this to work for your door. Also see the 42-009. Compare these locksets to your door and see if you think either of these could work for you.
