The hole spacing, center-to-center, is in fact 3-15/16" for this type of handle set, and so something like our 82-030 can work for you. Unfortunately the 82-030 does not come in a brass finish.

Now, we do carry a handle set that does, our 82-090, and this also has 3-15/16" hole spacing; however, the 82-090 has the thumb lever fixed in an 'offset' position closer to the bottom mounting hole, rather than having the lever perfectly centered. If the thumb lever on your old handle set was perfectly centered between the mounting holes, then I am afraid the 82-090 is incompatible with your door. In that case, something like the 82-030 would be a better bet. Apologies for any inconvenience.
