Brass Storm Door Lockset

Question

I have an existing Papaiz 323 brass storm door lockset. What would be the replacement lockset part would it be 40-089? Jamb dimension are face palate 7/8" x 7 11/16" and screw centres are 6 15/16 " It has a keyed tumbler with a knob on the interior.

Hello! The Papaiz isn't made anymore, but we've heard from many customers that our 40-049 works well in substitution for the entire lockset. The 40-089 you picked out is indeed the key lock that comes with the 40-049 set, however that's no guarantee that it will work with the old Papaiz mortise. It might, but I've never personally tried it out. I can't predict any complications that may arise.
