Bremmer cabinet hinges

We have Brammer cabinets bought in 1979. We are remodeling and need new hinges. The hinges we have are self closing Brass 21/8" centers. We would like to replace these old ones with white preferably or brushed nickel. Do you sell parts to home owners?
