Thanks for posting! Your balances can be replaced with the S795-28 but will likely need to be a custom assembly since they have a hook attached at the top of them. To confirm this, I'll need to know the shape of the installation hole at the top of the window track that the hook attaches to.

Please also confirm the stamp/marking from the balance. If yours does not have one, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the sash.

The shoe on your balance is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, which is sold separately from the balance. The replacements will come with the 15-195 attached to them. You'll need be sure to add the 1" shoes to the cart along with the balances from the order link.
