West window sliding door 26 years old
West no longer sells this lock and tell me you would have the replacements

We have received the lock but have not installed it yet. The lever on the handle is kind of floppy and I am wondering if I should have also ordered a new handle because of that. Also, please see attached photos. Do you offer these plugs?? They dry rotted

Thanks for bearing with us during this busy time of the year. I wouldn't assume anything wrong is with the handle set's lever until you install the new mortise lock; it's going to be floppy without one, so at this point I wouldn't assume anything is wrong. As far as these plus, I'm not quite sure what the right option might be without seeing an original piece. Do you have one you can show us? From there, we'll try and see what we have that matches.
