Brocken metal coil strip for American Craftsman (Home Depot) brand, "#7.5" on plastic

I am looking to replace two brocken metal coils for the bottom sash of a double hung, vinyl replacement window. Your identification of the correct part, where to purchase and/or instructions for replacement will be appreciated. Thank you,

Thanks for posting. I believe we can help, but we'll need more information to get started. Coil Balance systems are identified primarily by the pivot shoe they connect to. The pivot shoe is the plastic block lower in the window track that connects to the bottom of the window sash, and from which the sash indeed can 'pivot' inward for cleaning. A clear picture of the pivot shoe should help us identify the coil balance assembly you need. From there we'll do our best to narrow down your options.
