Broke Lock in the locked position

SilverLine Casement Locking Handle part 38-090. How do you unlock a lock that is broken in the locked position? We have ordered the replacement handle.

There is no easy way to remove a lock if it's stuck in the locked position. If you aren't able to flip the handle to unlock it, by any means, then your only option is to cut it off. This is not an easy task in any way and I highly recommend contacting a local professional to do it for you.
