Hi there! Looks like you have an old Certainteed pivot bar. I'm basing this off the design of the pivot more than the stickers, which unfortunately don't tell me much. one way to confirm that this is a Certainteed window is to check the pivot shoe. If it looks like our 15-192, then we're good to go.

Assuming I'm right, I recommend our 26-175 pivot bar pair. Your original style isn't made anymore, but the 26-175 was specifically made to replace this part and should go into your window and work the same way.
